Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@techviraltoyou.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@techviraltoyou.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
